Terms and refunds

These terms cover commission.crowdfan.app ("commission", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we make

We make short vertical videos to order: a story about the hero you choose, told by an AI narrator voice over AI-generated pictures, with captions and music. Pictures and voice are made with AI tools, so faces, objects and text in the frames can look stylized or imperfect. That's part of the format, not a defect.

2. Your order

• You must be 18 or older.
• You confirm that you may share the facts, names and links you send us, and that a real private person in the story is fine with it.
• We don't make videos that harass or humiliate a real person, sexualize anyone, involve minors, spread hate, pass for an official statement of a company or project, or promise profit or returns on a coin or token.
• We may decline an order that breaks these rules or that we can't do well. If we decline, you get a full refund.

3. Script and edits

We start with a script and send it to the Telegram or email you left. Script edits are free and unlimited until the voiceover. Once you approve the script, we record the voiceover and build the video.

After the voiceover, changes depend on your plan: Basic and Series include fixes of our own mistakes (a wrong fact, a typo in a caption); Pro also includes 2 revisions of your choice. Further changes can be agreed separately.

4. Delivery

The finished video, and any files your plan includes, appear on your order's status page. Anyone with that link can open it, so share it only with people you trust. We confirm your deadline when we send the script.

5. Payment

• Prices are in US dollars and paid once in USDT (TRON, TON, Polygon) or USDC (Polygon, Base). There's no subscription.
• Send the exact amount, coin and network shown on the payment page: the cents in the amount tell us the payment is yours. Payments sent on another network or in another coin may be lost, and we can't always recover them.
• If your exchange takes its fee from the amount, up to $2 short still counts: paste the transaction hash on the payment page if it isn't picked up by itself. If more is missing, the page asks for the rest.
• Network fees are paid by the sender.

6. Refund policy

• Before we send the script: full refund, for any reason.
• After the script, before the voiceover: 50% refund. Script edits are free until the voiceover, so tell us what's wrong first.
• After the voiceover: no refund; changes follow your plan (section 3).
• If we decline the order or miss the deadline we confirmed and you no longer want the video: full refund.

Refunds are sent within 7 days in the same coin and network you paid with, to an address you give us, minus the network fee.

7. Using the video

Once paid in full, you can use the finished video for any lawful purpose: post it, run it as an ad, cut it. We keep the right to use our own tools, style and script techniques in other work. We show your video as an example only with your permission.

Platforms may require you to label AI-generated content. Following their rules is up to the person who posts.

8. Not advice

Videos are entertainment. Nothing in them or on this site is financial or investment advice, and a video about a coin is not an endorsement of it.

9. Privacy

We keep what you send in the form, your Telegram or email, your IP address (to stop spam) and the transactions you pay with. We use them only to make and deliver your order and to answer you. Order details reach us through a private Telegram bot. The site sets no cookies and has no third-party trackers. Ask us and we delete your order details after delivery; payment records stay as long as accounting needs them.

10. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for how platforms rank, label or remove a video you post.
